admin cruella abusing powers for no reason, video/pic proof

A week ago i joined this server and had to do 3 scans in 1 day because multiple admins thought i was cheating with cruella being one of them, at one point i killed her so she perm banned me for cheating and i posted it on the forums as you can see here and i got unbanned: https://forum.red-line.ro/topic/unban-hanter

When I confronted her on steam and asked her why she banned me she said ''idk'' as seen here: https://filebin.net/l0nmx8l58q86em20

I told my girlfriend about this server and she joined, she has been using the name '"Cruella'' since 2014, admin cruella is playing on the server and asks my girlfriend to change her name and my girlfriend responds saying ''why would i do that?'' ''is it your government name?'' and then cruella permanently bans my girlfriend as you can see here:

Is this normal behaviour? Why does a low rank admin woman think she has all the rights to do as she pleases?

Also after my girlfriend got banned I insulted cruella and drot banned me for 2 hours then i came on ts to look for other admins, i was speaking with ''Cosmina'' and I also messaged drot and then he banned me for 2 hours on teamspeak as well.

Hi, you have to scan every time the admin asks you to, it's in the server rules. :) We are very happy that new people are coming and you are kind enough to tell other acquaintances, friends, girlfriends about the server. I think it's not such a problem to change your name to something else. I understand both sides, you want to play with the name you've had since 2014, but you have to understand that there's already an administrator on the server named Cruella.
You have to solve the TS ban with some other admin than me, I haven't seen that situation, so it's hard for me to judge. :)

You aren't telling me anything new, I have scanned every time an admin has asked me for a scan but she banned me after 3 clean scans on the same day and without asking me for anything again. I already spoke with Aragorn about it and her name isn't even just ''cruella'' but ''Cruellaᐢ. .ᐢ'' which shouldn't be a problem because you can clearly see it's a different name/person.

When I added cruella on steam she can't even tell me what she banned me for, you think this is normal behaviour? It's completely unacceptable from an admin especially a low rank admin.

I don't think this is normal behavior, Cruella should speak out, for me it's closed. Have a nice day. :)
